2. Product Information

Each AKKI-CHAN product is one of a kind. Because our shirts are made from vintage kimono fabric, natural variations, signs of age, color differences, small imperfections, and unique characteristics may be present. These are part of the nature and beauty of vintage textiles and should not be considered defects.

We make every effort to display product colors, details, measurements, and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, colors may appear differently depending on your screen or device.

3. Orders and Availability

All products are subject to availability. Because each item is one of a kind, an item may become unavailable after it has been sold.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or issues with payment authorization.

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. AKKI-CHAN is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, incorrect shipping information, or circumstances beyond our control.

Once an order has been shipped, the risk of loss passes to the customer. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before placing an order.
